Michele wanted to avoid recurring back and shoulder pain, which initially drew her to Pilates where she discovered Pilate’s parallels all the same principles as riding horses. She takes this awareness to the arena when schooling her own horse. “As an equestrian, I truly believe Pilates has helped not only my wellbeing, but that of my horses’.
Michele has a special interest in working with her equestrian based clients to either expedite their recovery, or find a way to prevent future related injuries, developing a stronger, confident rider.
Michele understands that reaching fitness goals can strengthen people’s lives, both mentally and physically and she enjoys teaching and witnessing these positive results with her clients, as she truly cares about her clients’ best interests, hoping to see them all exceed in various ways. Eliminating injury, keeping people happy and motivated is what makes Michele thrive and truly love being a Pilates Instructor.
